The properties are located in the Heights. According to county records, two houses are located on the 3423 White Oak Dr parcel. One is a 1,092 sf structure at 3423 White Oak Drive. The other is a 704 sf structure at 540 Cortlandt St. On the 3515 White Oak Dr parcel is a 1,145 sf duplex and 643 sf residence. The redevelopment includes the following properties: 3415 White Oak Dr 3417 White Oak Dr 3423 White Oak Dr 540 Cortlandt St Also, the project is on Content Architecture's website. It's labeled as White Oak mixed-use. Below is a little of the description pertaining to the development: The White Oak Mixed Use development injects life into three existing bungalows in Houston Heights by introducing new elements with a fun and contemporary character. At the street side, the design maintains the facades of the three bungalows, preserving the historic fabric of the neighborhood along White Oak Drive. Along the back of the bungalows, a linear addition stitches together the existing buildings, providing a covered connection between all three.
