sevfiv Posted December 1, 2005 Share Posted December 1, 2005 Does anyone have any information regarding an old restaurant located on the outskirts of the Texas Medical Center called Trainer's Drive-In Restaurant? I believe it was located at 3251 Old Spanish Trail. Obviously, the name was a spin of the Trail Drive-In Theater located down the street.
