Concept Neighborhood to Redevelop 201 Roberts Street and Surrounding Areas

Recommended Posts

The Planning Commission approved the Concept Neighborhood Trail Village and the Off Street Parking Variance at 201 Roberts Street as they are both part of the same project. There was some opposition from those in the neighborhood but a slightly more support for it, 3 against vs. 4 for. Some of the buildings are in the National Register of Historic Places.

The address on the above permit was 104 Roberts.  Found a related TDLR TABS filing.  https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/TABS/Search/Project/TABS2024012119
