cspwal
That's such an oddly shaped parcel - it won't happen, but a 0-lot line high rise on there would be funny looking

hbcu
will they relocate? that land has sat there for decades...hate to see it go for a industrial park or another motel. I remember the McDonald's on the corner of Post Oak and Main and the pizza hut behind it. There was a gas station also over there
Adam M
Barry Horvitz posted on the HSP’s FB page on 11/30 that their last day of business will be 12/23/21. He indicated the property is “under contract to be sold.” Does anyone know who might be a/the prospective buyer? And if so, what could be taking the place of these softball fields and milk carton beer pitchers? Also, has anyone told the future buyer of the land that one of the houses on Wickey Dr has roosters on their property, and they tend to crow at all hours of the day (AND night)?
Ross
I wonder if all of the property outlined below is included, as the parcels are all owned by the entity that owns the big piece where the ball fields are

The plans were posted on a recent planning agenda. Believe it’s an industrial business park. Something along the lines of Post Oak Park.
