hindesky
"On Jan. 25, Houston City Council authorized an agreement with the nonprofit Covenant House, allocating funds toward the group's new space. The grants, totaling $6.7 million, will be paid through the city's Community Development Block Grant and Community Development Block Grant coronavirus fund. They cover a fraction of the $46.9 million cost of the new campus, which is also being funded through Covenant House, the Harris County Community Service Department and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas." https://communityimpact.com/houston/heights-river-oaks-montrose/city-county/2023/01/25/houston-city-council-approves-67m-in-grants-toward-new-covenant-house-campus/
