hindesky
Cricket sounds, like I said at the London House project Gt Leach is the builder for this and they are also building the London House. A couple workers over there confirmed it. I'm guessing they are going to build most of that then move over here after they turn over the interior work to other contractors. So I'm guessing mid year '24. https://www.gtleach.com Edited January 6 by hindesky

I noticed the units start around $800/sqft, which fits in with my post the other day (different thread), that said $700-$1000 a sqft for luxury high-end condos. hindesky
As I was pulling in to the neighborhood an empty low boy trailer/tractor was pulling out. I'm thinking it either dropped of heavy machinery at the Lexington or more likely the Mimosa. Sure enough the Keller workers confirmed it dropped off an excavator and a forklift. Keller will be doing the "deep foundation" according to them. I then asked them if it would have a tower crane and they confirmed that it will. They are also building a foundation for it they said. It's the red and gray equipment. https://www.keller-na.com
