Kuykendahl Place: Mixed-Use Development

I found this on the Harris County Clerk database. No plat, only a copy that a plat was filed. Don't know the location, so I assumed it's in or near the Woodlands.

There's a couple of 3-ish story office buildings just south of the Kuykendahl and Cypress Creek Parkway (i.e. FM 1960) intersection named Kuykendahl Place. You may be quite disappointed.
