editor
Sorry for the forum being down for the last 12 hours. It was a minor database corruption that I've fixed. Nothing seriously serious. Only serious enough to stop the server in its tracks. No messages should have been lost.
Heights2Bastrop
I was just about to do a search for a 12-step program for Forum Withdrawal Syndrome!
MidtownCoog
it sure seems slow lately
Kirzania
it sure seems slow lately<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Tell me about it. It used to be every time I'd hit refresh there'd be two or three new posts. Now it's more like one post every 5-10 minutes.
YakuzaIce
What just happenned? When it came back up it looked kind of weird, and it says there are no new posts.
dbigtex56
Not sure - got an error message to the effect that "more than maximum user connections"I've emailed the editor about it.
Subdude
Weird. It's show me as the only user. And I can't log out.
editor
Things should be OK now. Same problem as before. If I was a smart guy, I'd be able to track this down.
brijonmang
it said something to me about waynelore_6 or something like that
YakuzaIce
It seems as if there are too many users and the bandwith limit is being exceeded or something like that.
editor
It's not a bandwidth thing, but it is related to there being a bunch of users on. Occasionally the system gets confused tracking so many people. It shouldn't, but then lots of things in the world _shouldn't_ happen. editor
I've done a little tweak to hopefully keep things from getting corrupted any further. Let's hope.
