On to the Next One Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 Yea, they are tearing down those old apartments. I'm pretty sure they designed it that way due to floodplain issues. This company is my favorite developer right now. They are buying all the crappy apartments in my area and building new apartments. But their designs leave something to be desired.
