DrLan34 Posted May 5, 2016 Author Share Posted May 5, 2016 (edited) This is what I understand about the status of the project at this time: West Building: - Due to heavy rain last year, the top two floors had to be deconstructed and replaced, along with all the siding. - Nearly all "fixes" are complete, with some small additional work on the roof required. - Currently waiting on permits to begin substantial work again. East Building: - Similar issues, but farther along. - At this time, they are working on permits floor by floor. - Top floor just received permits for plumbing/electrical and they just started installing that equipment. - They will work their way down as the permits come through.
