wxman Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 I noticed on the Houston Biz Journal website that they were advertising/pre-leasing for Waterway 3 (11-story being built directly across the new Anadarko tower). But NOW there's yet another building that is on the drawing board. Waterway 2, according to the website, is going to be a 13-story midrise on the waterway.
