Could the site have a Hidalgo address?

(and I'm just waiting for some really bad jokes involving strippers and "spotting huge cranes")

Its quite possible that it could have that streets address, but its hard to say for sure.

The fact that its involved in the erection of some sort of structure behind there would be a bit funny.

Happy?

Turns out it's a parking garage. Unless the other structures abutting it were torn down, the only access would be from the Hilton Inn parking lot. So ... my guess is it's additional parking for the Inn.

Are people aware that The Mens Club used to be a bowling alley? Some buildings in Houston actually do get converted to other uses instead of being torn down!

"The project management, construction and engineering firm recently signed a 205,000 square-foot office lease in Parkway Property’s CityWestPlace campus in Building 3, according to CBRE, which represented Bechtel in lease negotiations.

Bechtel’s new digs are about half the size of its 440,00 square-foot office space in Houston, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. The move comes after Bechtel earlier this year implemented a hybrid workplace policy allowing some employees to work remotely at least part of the time and commute to the office based on teams’ individual needs."

"Engineering and construction firm Bechtel’s decision last year to move its Houston office out of 3000 Post Oak Blvd. has put the building’s owner on the clock, as a looming $80 million loan deadline corresponds with one of the toughest leasing markets in recent memory.

The loan for 3000 Post Oak Blvd. is scheduled to mature March 1, 2025. However, because Bechtel currently occupies 99% of the building, the building's $80 million mortgage has been added to a loan servicer "watchlist" amid concerns over the loan's repayment once the building's anchor tenant leaves."
