That area is exploding. The problem will be Kuykendahl which has yet to undergo its widening which will be needed to support additional neighborhoods and the new village of The Woodlands. When they widen that road, it will not be any fun around there.

I don't know if it'll be too bad. I mean, it's only two lanes right now, which is what it'll be during construction. Plus, I'm sure/hoping that they get started on it after they're finished w/ the part south of 2920.

If you can see the convience store near Sedgemoor Drive, that's about where they are wanting to build that condo also.

Even that photo is outdated, so who knows how much development is there now!

When I go by there, it seems that about every plot of land is for sale.

used to live in spring, went to school in klein oak.... it wasn't but 7 or 8 years ago that there was nothing over there, just farmland. now it's nothing but ugly expansive shopping centers on every freaking corner... absolutely hideous. 2920 is becoming the new 1960.
