  1. Judging from the 609 Main webcam, it looks like nearly half the lot is full. But seems like the other have may be blocked off.
  2. Soil testing has started, with groundbreaking not to far off.
  3. That was the same way when The Domain opened up in Austin back in 2007. Went from very few to large crowds over the years. It just takes time.
  4. I'm not a big fan of parking garages. But this one actually looks pretty decent!
  5. Nice updates Triton. For some reason I wish they would build a park on that vacant lot in front of Block 334. It would look nice and a great place to take pictures.
  6. Update, it's now saying it will be 18 stories. Link: http://opensource.mygroundbreaker.com/deals/297
  7. I'm sure this building would have to be larger than 8 or 9 stories if there planning on building a 6 story parking garage. Otherwise that would be a waste of space, not to mention ugly since it would stick out like a sore thumb.
  8. Thanks everyone, I'm sure a hotel announcement will be made here soon. Also it looks like the new steel part being erected on top of the Convention Center will be cased in glass from what the rendering tells us.
  9. Thanks Cloud713. It is kinda strange that an accurate rendering hasn't been published yet.
  10. I might have said this before, but are there actual renderings for the new 24 st office tower there building? I keep seeing a 10 story version of it.
  11. The renderings do scream California. I was thinking they should build a second one in Galveston over looking the Gulf.
  12. I believe this will happen. It may not be built like what's pictured in the renderings, but I have full confidence that Houston will have a Spaceport. Also take a look at the Spaceport in Midland,TX. It's being built in phases.
  13. The current design looks great! It blends in nicely with the rest of the skyline.
  14. Here's hoping for financing for the new 24 story tower!
