    Whats awesome/sad is that almost everything surrounding Market Square used to look just like this.Just look at the La Carafe block and the current Warrens block.

    The old Warrens was in the "Les Quatre Saisons" (the four seasons) bldg, and the western wear place was "Bucks", right next door...

    Wouldnt matter.Houston is such a football crazy city we could have a crappy team that misses the playoffs almost every year and people would still shell out millions to go to every Texans game and buy all the merchandise......... ......oh wait, we do.

    The renderings, so you dont have to go digging back.... Judging by the position of the tower crane, they are about to start building the garage. It looks like there will be ground floor retail space built in.

    Star of hope is moving their operations into a new 4 story building on that block I heard. Half the lot will remain surface parking.
