    The old half built WAMU building was fenced up last week. Could be something brewing.

    I totally dig the design. The whole package is pretty unique. It could have been worst, like the a stained urinal.

    This was supposed to be pretty impressive when it was annouced, and had good legs for a while like the Turnberry Tower. May I suggest a topic merge? Update: Looks like Lauren already mention this las week per Swamplot on said thread.

    LOL'd I just dug one up from the grave myself. But I am fine, but I like less clutter on the forums. So unless it can't be rinsed, reused, and recycled to some sort of relative continuity, I a game. The whole LaCenterra 2009 was unnecessary. What would Spock say about this? At the very least, we should give Kirk and Carol credit for bringing this to our attention, maybe call this new forum rule the "Kirk Bumping Old Carol" Clause.

    That and Carol has not logged in since Feb 13th 2009. She must have gotten lucky on Valentines day and has since forgotten about HAIF. . .

    For such a new shopping center, it's sad if that were true, but I would welcome a better use of that land at such a prime location. It has great potential to pull sidewalk traffic from Macy's As it stands, there is not motivation for people to cross the intersection, and then walk across a strip center style parking lot. Let hope, if they do, we can so retail near the street in the next redesign.

    C2N said it best, it's been finished for a while, and both hotels are back to back. Not the best "pedestrian friendly" design, but better than most suburban designs. The shopping center next to it screws up that potential, and the front entrance is just a driveway/alley, rather than a street.

    Too funny, you are absolutely right. Heck, that's what I try to accomplish too, head-on shots.
