    Noooooo. RTKL Associates is the architect, they came up with the design for 2929 Weslayan. PM Realty Group is the developer, the ones who purchased the site a few years back from another developer, and decided to build the 40-story high-rise. *Edit: Emporis tells you that RTKL Associates is the architect, nothing there about them owning the building. http://www.emporis.com/building/2929-weslayan-houston-tx-usa

    Me . Here's the email I got a few days ago after signing up. The email contained additional contact information - another email adress and a phone number. No "Elevated Houston Introduction" was attached to the email. I emailed them back, asking for the introduction but have yet to receive a response.
