    Can’t see much of the lot from this photo, but looks like things are getting underway. They’ve got the orange blockades on the south edge of the lot by the Stage building and some guys were on site starting what looked like construction fencing on the 610 side.

    There were some trucks on the site yesterday and now there are a few small posts/flags up so I'm hoping that means construction will actually begin soon. Certainly nothing substantial yet though.

    Work has definitely started, though I think they hit a gas line today because there were several fire trucks blocking off part of Westheimer and a very strong odor of gas while driving by.

    Certainly looks like it. Didn’t think they were starting this soon but if that’s really what’s happening that’s awesome news.

    Lots of little orange surveying (?) flags out marking the site of the office building. Guessing groundbreaking is imminent.

    There's construction signage up for another new restaurant, a Mediterranean place called Ouzo Bay. Looks like it will face Westheimer between Saint Bernard and Bisou.

    The closest would probably be Baileson Brewing on Bissonnet just west of Greenbriar. I think it's right on the edge of West U, but not that close to Meyerland.
