    Noticed an older building on Bertner today. The building and parking lot was fenced with a tan screen. Is there something happening here? If you zoom in, it looks like the building has broken windows. Sits behind their many campus at 6720 Bertner.

    UT owns more land on Corder. They own 7307 Almeda road as well.

    A bit of history here. Embrey was planning on developing Buffalo Lakes multifamily. The name and and location was changed. Embrey's multifamily is now called The Connection at Buffalo Pointe and is located at Buffalo Speedway & W. Bellfort.

    JLL had listed this land for sale a few years ago. I believe it was sold? Developer is probably waiting until the right time. This is off of Holmes road, across the street from UT's land. I know the COH is doing a bunch of work on the Holmes road sewer infrastructure.
