    They labeled The Royalton as Hanover Autry Park in the 2nd photo. Poor attention to detail. Lousy landlords gonna lease it to another lousy tenant. edit: Sterling is also mislabeled, it’s pointing to Sovereign’s garage. Boy, I hope someone got fired for that blunder. /Simpsons joke

    Yes, the top two photos of the second post are him standing around at W. Dallas and Waugh. No idea why they’re playing around with one of the cops’ personal vehicles (acquired through ample OT, I presume) but whatever!

    Okay, starting to think it was maybe fake— the mayor showed up onsite last night for photo ops. Workers are working normally this morning with no police presence.

    Someone broke into the site tonight and drew a massive police response. Not sure I’m gonna stay up to watch the end of it but there’s a ton of cops responding to this.

    Kinda cool but seems there's gonna be ample competition for decent tenants; there's already so much storefront available in that area between the I-10 feeder shopping, MCM, City Centre, and the like.

    Brother, how many gas stations do we need?? Everyone with a car (including myself) seems pretty satisfied with the current amount of gas stations around. What's the long-term trend for personal vehicles-- are they going to continue to have ICEs?

    Katz' is aggressive with expanding their footprint in the past few years. Good spot, that little pocket is booming with Velvet, Goode Co Seafood, Via 313, Pit Room, and Pinchos.

    Hmm, I wonder if UT Physician's buildout in the old AT&T building disappointed them and they're going to move to this new building once constructed.
