The listing has been pulled form LoopNet. It now shows "pending" on JLL's own site.

It's hard to imagine who will want to live here with more connected buildings going up on 43rd and 34th. I imagine that this GOOF area will attract young people who have jobs in the woodlands but who want to meet and base their social life in Houston.

This looks so massive driving east from garden oaks. I'll try to take a pic next time i'm heading out that way. This corridor is about to pop! I think we're getting better bike lanes on 43 in GOOF as well.
