    Somehow I dont think that this is the only area of houston that qualifies... how often to they check to see if other areas now qualify?

    It is true there is more space... but im not sure how the location factor would fit into each institution's strategic plans.

    That's exactly what I've been trying to show them... however, some of them insist that this is "the center of houston" or "this is the demographic center of houston" or "this is houston's center of population"... UGH.

    Even dogs. I don't see the appeal nor do I understand why some people insist on bringing their filthy, disgusting, vile pets with them everywhere they go. Dogs belong outside. And I dont mean on the patio of an eatery.

    I can't imagine something so far out not being a bad location for a huge number of ppl.

    I still am unable to grasp why anyone would want to take an animal to restaurants, eateries, bars, or the like. I just don't understand why. Why?
