  1. No, its one building with 2 set backs in-between. This is so much better than having neighbors right next to each other noise wise. Real patios on the back side. Pre Leasing event on March 25th. https://www.nestondryden.com
  2. Shorenstein owns the old Exxon building. https://shorenstein.com/properties/
  3. 5 trees have been planted on the south side of the future Home Depot and more concrete is being spread.
  4. Check page 4 and 5 on this topic, he sounds like a shady character. I tried looking up his nationality but it almost seems like he paid to get it wiped out and for great reviews. He also had a lawsuit in Miami for a project. His name is Igor Krivoruchko.
  5. I'm pretty sure they will have 1 or 2 more. They probably don't want to pay to rent more scaffolding, so they finish this one and move to the next.

  7. Chron said it looked like the Post Oak Whole Foods. "In the last challenge, after a shop at Whole Foods Market (in what appears to be the Post Oak location)" https://www.chron.com/food/article/top-chef-houston-first-episode-16975861.php
  8. Anybody recognize what venues they are located at for the first episode? Edit: Which Whole Foods is this? Don't think it's Midtown, guessing the Galleria area.
  9. This shows it at 1610 Chenevert. https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Liberty_Hall_(Houston,_Texas) A list of all the artist that played there. Incredible list of bands. I didn't move here till Sept,'78 otherwise I would have gone there. https://www.rockinhouston.com/venues/liberty-hall/59/
