"P.J. Jamea, a partner at Oxberry Group, said that the wrought-iron fence was technically on the developers' property and that the contractors, believing it to be a remnant from the former Party Boy store that occupied the site until 2020, had torn it down without consulting anyone. He said that he has spoken with the Descendants of Olivewood and would re-erect the wrought-iron fence once the retaining wall is completed." https://www.houstonchronicle.com/news/houston-texas/houston/article/olivewood-cemetery-dispute-17624957.php#photo-23240549

Saw a couple of surveyors on the site, 99% of the time these guys don't have a clue what is being built on the properties they work at. I showed them the render.- 98 replies

"The California banking giant Wells Fargo is looking for an important work center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The proposed regional office would provide a variety of services for the nationwide banking company and would resemble JPMorgan Chase’s huge business campus in Plano, according to real estate agents who have been tracking the deal. Irving City Council has scheduled a closed session on “Economic Development Negotiations and Legal Advice” on “Project Falcon” for Thursday, according to the agenda. Project Falcon is the code name for office search in Wells Fargo. The bank has been buying the D-FW area for 400,000 square feet or more of office space for the new operations for more than a year, say leasing agents who made proposals for the deal." https://www.dallasreports.com/is-wells-fargo-code-named-project-falcon-preparing-to-land-in-las-colinas/ Architect - https://www.corgan.com

White Oak Station: Mixed-Use Development At 600-601 W. 6th St.
hindesky replied to hindesky's topic in The Heights
I could see the Aztec property being developed but the Heights Reservoir belongs to TX Dot probably for flood abatement. It seems that a road could be built, seems to be plated for one @wilcal? -
@Urbannizer Can you merge this with the one I created?
