  4. The person on Nextdoor mentioned that everyone that lived within 500' of the new project received a letter detailing what was going to be built here. No salt needed, it was true.
  5. The tower crane operator who works for TAS just messaged me on IG saying his bosses just told him they are moving him to a Hanover high rise project to build a 42 story high rise here in Houston. He is currently operating the tower crane at the Marquette Companies White Oak apartments. He was told he would transfer over to his new job around Jan-March. He was also the operator at the Allen project on the taller crane and the tower crane operator at the Hanover River Oaks. Only building that qualifies in that height range is the one at Hanover Autry Park.

  7. "Woodlands Township and economic development leaders have agreed to move forward with a $100 million project to add two hotels and new retail space to The Woodlands Mall, an agreement some newly elected leaders have criticized over its lack of public comment. The Woodlands Mall Associates LLC is developing the project, which will include a full-service hotel with at least 200 rooms, a select-service hotel with at least 125 rooms, 80,000 square feet of new retail space and a parking garage with at least 1,200 stalls." https://www.houstonchronicle.com/neighborhood/moco/news/article/100-million-project-to-bring-new-hotels-retail-17593159.php#photo-23178464
  8. Googling Louis Macey turns out he was a Houston council member who ran for Mayor. It appears his company also owns Lam Parking which runs that particular lot. I can't see the article but it also looks like he bought a bunch of property in Eado.
  9. According to the Houston Map Viewer, if you look up the address listed, someone named Macey Family Properties owns all the plats except 711 which is owned by the city.
  10. Super noisy due to the loading out of the scrap steel in to barges at the Proler Scrap yard.
  11. Greensheet building still a work in progress.
