I drive by here pretty often and construction has already begun on new covered parking (the tower is going where the existing parking is.

I drove past the tower this morning, and it looks like the south crane got a raise.

I myself think that the second picture is boring and could very well be old. But what really looks incredible is the first one. I think that would look amazing! It also looks much more pedestrian-friendly. -
