    You are right, Chevron should have started construction the original date. I have a bad feeling about it now.

    I went to the Hilton Americas for breakfast yesterday and all the developers were there. They said we will crash in 2016. For $89 a cold egg wrap, it suck! They said the 609 Main building is the best project and will be a icon for Houston. Nothing said on Chevron getting concern if they will not build it.

    Your right Emporis had two 70 floor buildings but removed them. I thought they want to redo Pacific Plaza as a park. Dallas Metropolis needs to update their website. Sorry about that.

    It is a just a dream. I will correct myself when they pour the foundation. First it was two 70 floors buildings, now it is one 76 floor building. With Downtown Dallas with 30% occupancy. Cannot wait to see the renderings.

    I'm very suspicions on Chevron will build that tower. A friend of mine just move here from San Francisco and has 3 years to retire works for Chevron. He leased the Rice Lofts and loves it. He said no word on the tower that Chevron will build, he works in number 2 building. I hope this is not a dream that will not be built.

    The Houston Business Journal said at 7pm tonight. We are going over there to see all the trucks pouring the foundation. We will park by La'Carfe and walk over and go to Flying Saucer have some beers!

    The flight is operated by SAS doing business with PrivateAir as the carrier. Prices are not to bad from $3,000 to $8,000 roundtrip. The big question is do you earn MileagePlus miles? Hopefully but I don't fly that route. Not even in 73W which I'm sure has ETOPS approved on it.

    They are soon building the Hardy Tollway from 610 to Downtown.

    It seems they are doing the foundation for the 48 story tower. Because the garage does not need a deeper foundation. Could be wrong just viewing the pictures. Do you have big feet?

    I'm in Dallas now but the land is sold. This project is very quiet because of the Hines building down the street. When I get back I will walk over there and talk the neighbors.

    I'm jealous, it was nice, but too many stops. I have to take the shuttle tomorrow because of DART's schedule. The yellow trains are ugly our looks better. A guy next to me had tattoos everywhere with two skate boards kinda of freaky. Overall METRO needs to get their act together. I love there subway how cool.

    It was nice it did take over a hour to get to the W Hotel. I wish Houston had more rail. What a shame.

    Cannot wait to see the DART from AA terminal A. I have to take the shuttle from UNITED to the terminal A but looking forward to it to see what Houston can do.

    Yes and very quiet. Because River Oaks hates the 16 floor high rise. Just wait I have a good broker that told me. I did spill the beans because they said shut up.

    I'M not sure about this but Marta with her jewelry she will be on the top of the high rise. But we know she has a big mansion. I was told this so kill me if it does not happened. Urbannier and Sudbue can find to the link, Going to see DART tomorrow..
