    ^^^ as a proud houstonian, and as a super proud TEXAS LONGHORN 4 LIFER, i can honestly assure you @shasta that the TEXAS HOOK'EM hand sign is something to behold. (how on earth, could it not be?) astronauts, jedi, aliens, darth vaders, and all of the other extraterrestrials and extracurriculars of this huge world... already know this. therefore, it's ok. it's all good. it's gravy. it's the chizzle on the drizzle. just raise your arm up... place your fingers into the shape of horns... and loudly yell HOOK'EM!

    ^^^ what an ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS statement of solidarity! i have seen many many tributes from around the globe supporting the country of ukraine and it's wonderful citizens. however, this POST HTX tribute is one of the most beautiful. props @hindesky for posting. this has indeed made my day...

    ^^^ i constantly find it absolutely amazing, that this development just arrives out of nowhere... and totally BLOCKS OUT the EMBASSY SUITES monstrosity. it's as if they just somehow KNEW what we have been WISHING and PRAYING for all of this time...

    ^^^ this is the thing that just grabs me with this particular development, it has the PERFECT LOCATION. whenever it's fully completed, it's going to be absolutely beautiful. along with a perfect match for its surroundings...

    ^^^ perhaps. however, i just find it quite odd, for such an important development such as this. the CONDO TOWER should equally face front and center of everything in this magnificent development...

    ^^^ maybe, it's just me, but i have very often thought that something was quite odd regarding the very latest renderings/concepts... of TMC-3 featuring the HOTEL/CONDO development portion of this burgeoning project. however, i just could not place my finger upon it until now... THE ORIENTATION OF THE PROPOSED CONDO TOWER. why is such an important proponent of this particular development turned SIDEWAYS (and somewhat hidden)? am i the only one that find this a bit strange/unique in such an ultra important development? the HOTEL TOWER proponent is positioned perfectly, directly in the center of everything. yet the CONDO TOWER is just off by the wayside, seemingly, in nonchalant fashion. it just seems very odd in my opinion...

    ^^^ is it just me, or is the smaller auxiliary edifice MUCH LARGER than what the original renderings/concepts exhibited? heck, i didn't even realize that it was actually (4x floors). it just seems like it's going to become HUGE and spectacular once fully completed...

    ^^^ JUST CONSTRUCT THE DAMN HOTEL ALREADY! actually, this is all that ROD needs at this all important point. everyone knows that a GREAT standout hotel brand is all that is badly needed within this particular district. (miami, new york, san fran, chicago, los ang) would have constructed their edifice by now. however, LETHARGIC ass houston seems to take forever and a day to accomplish this particular fete. GET IT DONE!

    ^^^ @brijonmang here you go, now, let's look at it again. "metal on top of the building" is just that... "metal on top of the building. normally, during a dangerous TEXAS lightning/thunderstorm, people aren't sitting around chilling out in the open... around metal conduits on TOP of the building. however, my chief and very initial concerns here, are the direct placement of these HUGE/GARGANTUAN polished chrome numbers located right in the front of a pedestrian area of a hotel. upon how many times have we seen/witnessed/heard-of people getting struck/killed/harmed via dangerous lightning strikes? please take a good close look at the provided illustration. see the door directly behind it? someone could very easily walk right out of that door during a lightning strike and get seriously hurt or even killed. why on earth, do you think that officials stop football games during lightning storms and the such? (they are extremely dangerous) actually, i think that these shiny chrome polished numbers are very elegant, indeed. however, there are very deadly venomous snakes that can be equally beautiful as well...

    ^^^ huge difference between "sidewalk on post oak" vs hotel property. i would consider this a huge liability...
