  1. No. Theme parks don't just come like that, if this one doesn't happen something more awful could replace it. Developers of this theme park plan to expand it. Theres room for it.

  7. The 2 towers on page 10 is for another development in Pearland, Parks at Boulder Creek. Maverick Group partnered with same developer who is behind Kingwood Parc.   13. Well Valley Ranch Town Center is already under-construction and Kingwood Parcs site is now being cleared. These development seem to be promising to the area, my confidence for this one is solid as to happening.

  15. Beacon Island has been in the works for a very long time, it wasn't til March that they approved the plan.

  17. Endeavor at the 30 floors and 81 multifamily units. Its about time the area gets a new highrise, I have a good feeling it might just be taller than endeavor. BTW here is a site plan:
