Holiday/Days/Heaven On Earth Inn At 801 St. Joseph Pkwy.

I went to that Randall’s on 04/15. Most of the milk in stock had expired on 04/09, the rest expired the next day. Their management could use some work. -
Anybody know how Aris is doing? If Hines gets both of those two leased up quickly we may get the next office and residential from them going soon.

Are any of those invasive? They are trying to get rid of the invasive ones.

That is fantastic. -
This is making me happy to hear. Full block for Hines to play with on Block 58 so hopefully the ground floor interaction is substantial. Have you guys heard anything about the plans for Block 42?

The renderings of the bypass seem to me to indicate (or hope) that the Spaghetti Warehouse building will also go. It and the surface lots on 3 sides of it seem to be nice green grass fields.

This all seems to follow the Dutch way of not just keeping water out but finding a place for it to go when it comes.

Agreed, massive massive step.

I think the lighter glass accent goes up higher than the general floors.

Market Square Tower: 40-Story High-Rise At 777 Preston St.

Agreed. I hope that if Aris fills up quickly, we will get another MSP area high-rise announcement soon. One of Hines' spots, the Intl Tower spot, the lot next to the ballet center, and the lot with the chase bank drive through are all pretty key. A bit further away, but I still think that the northeast corner of Main and Prairie could be a fantastic spot for a massive mixed-use project.- 1,895 replies

Went today. They didn’t end up doing the produce section so it is a pretty standard CVS. That said, we have been a desert over here so this is a massive addition.- 1,895 replies

I don’t want to lose the Lancaster building, just the current owners (or generation of the family).

The audacity to put up the signs saying something like “preserving our history” while tearing these down for parking lots may have been the worst part for me.

Phenomenal if it happens.

I have horrible success with 311. They usually just close the ticket on me with nothing done. -
Yeah that is sick

Completely understand, if it made economic sense for them, they would do it. Perfect world and all...
