Closed seafood restaurant in a Hotel on TC Jester

In the 1970's there was a seafood restaurant in Houston near Loop 610 and TC Jester which I am trying to remember;  I believe it was located inside a hotel.  Does anyone remember the name?

There was an Atchafalaya River restaurant near that intersection.

I believe you're thinking of the Anchorage, which was in the Brookhollow Hilton Inn. I remembered the place immediately, but could not recall the name either, which sent me to Google until I turned up this ad in the July 1974 issue of Texas Monthly.

Not to be confused with the Oar House across T. C. Jester, which appeared to offer interpretive dance as entertainment.

Is the Brookhollow Hilton Inn now the Sheraton Brookhollow?

Pretty sure the Brookhollow Hilton was located where the Marriott Courtyard is now (at TC Jester and 610). The Sheraton Brookhollow is closer to the nexus of 290 and 610, somewhere between a quarter- and a half-mile away from the Marriott Courtyard.
