Luminare
@CrockpotandGravel Thats interesting about White St. While plotting on the map I didn't know how much property this was. This area was always slated for Residential or further extension for Sawyer Yards in Lovetts original master plan, but with the warehouse next door I thought it was only the vacant portion between the warehouse and phase 1 of sawyer yards.
crock
there goes one of the best views of houston (unless you're in a very specific-spot of potin's patio) and no street level retail... sigh.

Buffalo Bayou Brewery will provide a better view.

Avossos
I really wish they would extend dart to this project. Id even be happy if they could connect Dart to White to better the grid. I find the neighborhood benefits from the grid and there will be a lot of pedestrians and dog walkers that wont want to use Edwards since it is becoming a major street. I also wonder about access to the leftover land that doesn't seem to be accessible without some additional street work.

zaphod
This thing and broadstone memorial park both had their garages go up seemingly overnight but have been taking a while to build the rest of it.
