Greystar signs Wallenius Wilhemsen for Houston warehouse - Houston Business Journal (bizjournals.com) "Greystar Real Estate Partners has completed the first phase of — and secured a full-building lease for — its second industrial business park in Greater Houston. Norwegian shipping company Wallenius Wilhemsen has signed a 273,480-square-foot lease at Beltway 35 Business Park at 7561 S.
