WillowBend56
It's been around since the 1950s. Definitely a modern style. Has it been renovated since its construction?

Maybe it can divulge. Does seem to have that modern 50's look. http://www.stvincentcatholicchurch.org/
rsb320
There were some renovations in the 90's, but nothing that changed the original architecture. I think the crosses may be new ones that replace the old.

WillowBend56
It was the first Catholic church I remember.I returned in the mid 1970s and was not impressed. Most churches built since 1950 are not very spiritual places in terms of inspiring architecture. Here's a modern church I saw in July that elicits a mixture of feelings:http://members.shaw.ca/panthers7/WestminsterAbbey01.htmlWestminster Abbey in Mission, British Columbia.Definitely a modern concrete structure. It has some redeeming elements though. Edited October 6, 2008 by WillowBend56

Its just not going to get much notice here, and plus these are subs to talk about particular places. Not really developments or construction.
