I wonder when this corner will be redeveloped into something taller. A High-Rise hotel just opened next door. Levit-Green is just a mile down Holcombe. Prime real estate to just have a single-story building.

Old CVS at the corner of Main and Kirby is up for demolition. This is going to be a Chick-Fil-A, seems like a prime spot for something larger than a fast food chain, especially since there's already a Chick-fil-A a mile up the road.

Looks like something is stirring on the property next to Spanish Village on Almeda. It seems like it might include the old restaurant. Also, Localist signs on the fence.

I could have sworn this already had a thread but could not find it. This warehouse will be converted into a bar. Apparently it's already under way per houstonculturemap, slated to be completed by this fall. Couldn't find if there was an existing thread. But the pier one imports is being demolition and replaced with a chase bank. Drove by today and noticed half the building was already gone. Chase has an entire building directly across the street, could they be rebuilding and moving? It would make sense because they've done this with their other locations like the one on Westheimer and Beltway 8. If they did, their current building across the street could be redeveloped into something big! Building across the street

I think this is going to be a DEMO + Building a new gas station. Kind of interesting because its not a corner lot and the lot itself looks very small for a gas station (especially off of Westheimer).

Formerly Cowboys and Indians is now called Parley Bar and Grill. This will the third restaurant to open at this location. First it was Juanmon's Tortas which I tried once. They used a soft bread for the tortas but I like a French style baguette for my tortas. Then it became Cowboys Indian which I never tried. The new menu looks more upscale type food. CVS left this building about a year ago, and it's been empty since. This is a major intersection (Hillcroft/Voss/Westheimer), so anything is better than an unoccupied building. I haven't heard of the company but apparently its a well known shoe/athletic store. I'm not sure how large the renovations are going to be based on the cost compared to how large the building is.

There is a Chick-Fil-A currently being built a few exits south at Woodridge and I-45. Wouldn't shock me to see one here as well.-

I’ve heard through the grapevine that the leases of Fiesta and the small pod that includes the Fiesta liquor store aren’t invited to be renewed. I’m not sure about the rest of the shopping center but does anyone have any inside info on this or who even owns it?
