It looks to me that the just didn't get the lighting right in the rendering.

While I'm not crazy about what I've seen of it so far, it'll make a nice impact on the skyline from Midtown and parts of Montrose which is a good thing. I'm looking forward to seeing more renderings from different angles.

You're right! I didn't find it because I don't think the text of the streets was written in the thread, only an image of the map. Anyways, I merged the topics and improved the title. -
I hope this isn't a duplicate thread, but I noticed some construction at Bissonnet and Dincans which looked like an apartment. This block is very near Bissonnet and Kirby. Does anybody know anything about this?

To me this building is more more interesting looking than One Park Place. I am looking forward to a rendering which shows how it would impact the skyline. How many stories is One Park Place for comparison?

Why was this moved to Crater Houston Alliance? Isn't this forum for things that are being torn down? I'm going to move it to Midtown unless anybody has an objection.

I noticed them taking down the for sale sign the othe day. This is great news! I also noticed that it has balconies. Could make a decent residential project and that's kind of what I'm hoping for. More residential near downtown is always a good thing.
