    as of today from earlier 05/12/2015 pretty much complete with all the glass.

    Be careful i know the feeling i finally got a shot of the hamilton and will try to get a pic of central square they are pretty much done with all the glass on the side of 45 not sure how the oppsite side looks

    that was fast i also notice the old savoy which is going to be a holiday inn seems to have white curtains in some rooms? haven't heard much about that project but i am sure they are behind

    with whole foods on that side an HEB might be good on the opposite side a bit more towards east/eastend

    I was wondering the same thing but I do know that wells is changing colors red and white because of the Rockets

    If i may remember i think they are schedule to finish in October of this year either way i think they are schedule to finish before the marriott both are going to look super.

    They have 2 already sold? i say is going to sell fast i know a lot of people from NYC who now live here and yes they have money but because they are used to that NYC high rise(etc) life style they look for something like this, we shall see.

    no doubt this would have been a great addition along with 609 and that potential chevron tower.

    and the hamilton is about to reach the same height as the 59 ramp that connects to 45north.
