Jersey01 Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 http://search.har.com/engine/indexdetail.c...mp;backButton=YThis house was designed by J. Stonehill of New York, and has been on the market for a little while. I'm not familiar with his work but this is a pretty neat and not so big modern house in one of the coolest hidden parts of Houston. I have a good friend that lives down the street backing up to the bayou and being in the backyard you don't even feel like you are in the middle of the city. Apparently the seller is proud of this, too, being that most properties in Houston at this price are at least twice the size. I'd take the smaller mod, personally. Quote
MidtownCoog Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Nice. Except for that kitchen. My beach house has a larger one. Quote
texas911 Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 It's a one bedroom house with a two bedroom guest house. That's a hard sell. Looks cool though. Wish it had more windows that you could actually enjoy the views from the living area. Quote
