ProHouston
Score another one for Sugar Land. Fingers Furniture plans to move its corporate headquarters from Houston to Sugar Land in May 2007 as part of its plan to rapidly expand here. The company searched for three years to find the right location for a move from its current headquarters on the Gulf Freeway at Cullen. TheNiche
so what will happen to the old warehouse? torn down for town homes, or wuuuuuut??Nobody seems to know what'll happen to the one on the Gulf Freeway at Cullen. Part of it will still be in use as a showroom, but part of it could conceivably be torn down and redeveloped. Hard to say.The South Loop warehouse will likely be sold off rather than developed. If I had to guess, it'll probably either remain an industrial use or revert to vacant land.
