Underbelly/Hay Merchant seems to be coming along nicely, but they just started work on Mary's and so far it's just preparing the parking lot. I'm not sure how much longer I can make do with how few coffee shops we have on Westheimer. What will I do if I just don't feel like going to Agora? Or Brasil? Or Empire? Or that new one on Dunlavy?
