Trader Joe's to open Sugar Land store - Houston Business Journal (bizjournals.com) "The Monrovia, California-based grocery chain confirmed to the Houston Business Journal that it plans to open Trader Joe’s #430 in the University Commons shopping center at 13550 University Blvd. The company did not provide other details or a timeline, saying it will share more as things develop. IntheKnowHouston Posted March 13 Share Posted March 13 University Commons is located at 13505-13582 University Blvd. That's the address of the businesses located in Phase I and Phase II.
