hindesky Posted January 12 Share Posted January 12 I saw the mural artist painting a mural so I stopped to talk with him. Turns out he is deleon-artz, he has murals all around the Houston area. Said he did the mural at Dogtopia on W. Alabama St. and will do the Dogtopia on Washington Ave. that is under construction. He said he does all the murals for Alliance apartments too. The woman he was talking with is the owner of all the Dogtopia's.
