A friendly FYI: Requests or discussions for forum features go in the HAIF on HAIF sub-forum 😉. https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/forum/11-haif-on-haif/ By the way, I agree. A better description for the Near Northside and Northside Village forum will be a welcome change.  @Urbannizer @Triton @Highrise Tower please consider moving this topic to the HAIF on HAIF forum. Thanks. Edited December 27, 2023 by IntheKnowHouston
editor
Not being a Northsider, I'd rather not make a change that makes it worse, so what you you guys suggest for the new description?
jessicau
I got some help from ChatGPT. Something like this? North of I-10 (downtown), south of I-610, east of I-45, west of US-59. Near Northside is a historic neighborhood primarily inhabited by people of Hispanic descent. Evolving into a mix of long-term residents and new professionals seeking downtown and Heights proximity, it boasts a few hip bars and breweries, adding to its vibrant character. I know it’s too long.
Specwriter
I like "The highways are concrete, but the boundaries are a bit squishy." but how about "An historic neighborhood with a vibrant evolving character?"
