springcityparts
Nope the listing is a sale of the building with its existing tenants. I suppose the Google Maps listing I saw for Magnol / Magnol French Baking at 1115 E 11th St is accurate then. I figured it may have been incorrect because I inquired about it to the bakery. Their response or a response from a representative? The listing is wrong and they aren't opening another location. I've found that many restaurants and bars are dishonest when inquiring if they're closing or closed, expanding, relocating, or the like. Below is a screenshot of Magnol's Google Maps for their forthcoming location in the Norhill neighborhood: https://maps.app.goo.gl/dvTzq2n71H6LrSs89 Edited February 28 by IntheKnowHouston

It seems the bakery is expanding to the previous home of Andy's Home Cafe in the Greater Heights area.

IntheKnowHouston
At the end of the year, Magnol acquired the property at 1132 E 11th St. It's possible the French bakery may offer parking for its customer on the property. https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/topic/53342-1132-e-11th-st/?do=findComment&comment=698828 2 minutes ago, IntheKnowHouston said: 1132 E 11th St was sold in December. IntheKnowHouston
Magnol / Magnol French Baking officially announces its expansion to the Heights. The Leader published an article today with additional details. Last summer, Magnol acquired the 1115 E 11th St property. The proprietors of Andy's Home Cafe previously owned the property that also housed their restaurant. The restaurant is relocating. Andy's hasn't locked down a location yet, according to their response to a comment on Facebook. Andy's Home Cafe may have found a new home in the Near Northside area. Recently purchased occupancy permits list the occupant as Andy's Home Cafe. However, the address on the permit is for a Midtown property. It's likely the permit contains an error. Instead of 2121 Main St, Suite A, more than likely the permit is for 2121 N Main St, Suite A. Andy's Home Cafe sold its longtime property at 1115 E St to Magnol last summer. https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/topic/53555-christina-center-2121-n-main-st/?do=findComment&comment=700977 24 minutes ago, IntheKnowHouston said: Several occupancy permits were purchased Friday for 2121 Main St, Suite A. 1 story occupancy inspection permit Certificate of occupancy permit Details from the permits: Use: Occupancy report/ restaurant/ 1,410 sq ft. More specifically, the address on the permits pertains to the former Greyhound bus station. I think the address on the permit may be incorrect. It's likely Andy's Home Cafe may be leasing a unit in the Christina Center. Perhaps the permit is for 2121 N Main St, Suite A; whose previous occupant was Takeria HTX? Takeria HTX closed recently. Previously, Andy's Home Cafe was located in the Norhill neighborhood. The restaurant closed its doors at 1115 E 11th St; selling the property to Magnol, a local French bakery. 1 story occupancy inspection permit Certificate of occupancy permit
