oldtimer Posted July 29, 2006 Share Posted July 29, 2006 Hello, I pass by those apartments often and I have never seen any kind of gang activity or heard of any crime there. Seems to me there are a bunch of kids there and they are low income apts. I see blacks, mexican, and whites there. The place usually looks clean and there is a police substation in the Fiesta center.
