IntheKnowHouston
Sometime this week, Mimo launched its website: https://www.mimohtx.com/ The website wasn't there when I checked this weekend. Mimo is an Italian restaurant coming soon to Tlaquepaque Market. It's located in former Kanomwan restaurant space at 736 1/2 Telephone Rd. Mike Sammons (13 Celsius, Weights + Measures, and How to Survive on Land & Sea) and former Weights + Measures chef Fernando Rios are the minds behind the restaurant.

wilcal
Went to Mimo yesterday and it was quite good! They said that they are going to try to start some lunch service this week on Wednesday and add dinner later this month. As y'all know, the weather was absolutely stunning yesterday. A nice meal on the patio! .

samagon
went there last week. I know I shouldn't compare, but it's no replacement for Kanomwan.
