bachanon
i just had lunch at beck's prime in grogan's mill. we sat out on the lake by the resort and conference center. after feeding the ducks and enjoying the surroundings, a beaver-like rodent swam up near our table. we were thinking it might be a beaver until it came out of the water and did not have the flat tail. it had a rat's tail! it looks like what i've seen on tv as a "neutra". are these things in southeast texas? my picturesque lunch in the nature-focused woodlands was interrupted by........NATURE!!! has anyone else seen these creatures? pineda
soon to be a featured special on the Beck's Prime menu, 100% Prime Nutria Burgerjust needs a little gravy...Save the Marsh, Eat Nutria! all kidding aside, they are very destructive and prolific, you may want to report the sighting to the Park Rangers in Montgomery County Edited January 28, 2006 by pineda
Wildcats
I live in Humble and we have neutra rats that come in our back yard. I think they are kindav cute. They look alot like beavers but without the tails. They only eat grass and live by water. They can get pretty big too.
