There's an Application to Sell and Consume Alcoholic Beverages sign on the fence surrounding the property at the northeast corner of Milby and Walker and the name listed is Trueheart's 815, LLC, which looks like it may be the hospitality group that has the Trueheart Hotel in Fredericksburg. The lot is immediately behind the parking lot for the Ironworks building and a block down from D&W Lounge.

I wonder if it'll be a situation like HopHeads on Montrose, where they did a simple shipping container and some sitting areas.

So the Trueheart Hotel is owned by a member of the Adair family (Yes, Adair Kitchen family). The relevant LLC is Trueheart Hospitality, LLC.

This TABC application references Trueheart's 815, LLC., which doesn't have any Adair family members listed as agents.

The agents listed are:

   Georgia Carter (Tilly Investments, Landowner)

   John Brown (Undetermined.. There is one John Brown listed as a Sous Chef in Houston?)

Looks like this could be a restaurant or bar concept, but perhaps not from the Adair family.
