IntheKnowHouston
Angler Construction posted an update about 3905 Harrisburg Blvd to its social media yesterday. Included in the post is a drone video of the site. The video isn't recent, however. Below are screenshots from the video. The Instagram caption: We are rounding the corner at 3509 Harrisburg. hindesky
Talked with the construction supervisor who said the owner owns everything on the block except the northwest corner building including the two apartments including the one just demolished. Didn't know what was planned for the two apartments. He didn't know who the tenants will be for the new building. Â Sidewalk to nowhere. Also, the two apartment buildings owned by Platform Group are: Â 402 Hutcheson St (topic here) Â 406 Hutcheson St (topic here) Â Edited November 17, 2023 by IntheKnowHouston 1
