Couldn't this time because they has an 18 wheeler being unloaded and he was blocking the street. hindesky Posted May 31, 2021 Share Posted May 31, 2021 On Thurs. I talked with a HPD officer directing traffic here and asked if he knew when the crane was going up. He said 1st weekend in June. They are going to close the street off at Kirby, Richon and Revere. 2 officers will be needed but since there are so many townhomes and houses around here he said they are going to have to let people out occasionally. I asked how many sections high they were going and was told 7, they were adding the 3rd when I was there.
